Please note that J.G. Fitness does not offer monetary refunds for bookings made. Cancellations must be received within four (4) hours of the scheduled start time of your booked class. Once in compliance with the aforementioned cancellation time, clients will be entitled to a full credit to be used towards any class offered by J.G. Fitness within one (1) month of said cancellation.
Submission of your payment shall be considered agreement to the foregoing.

A 45-minute class featuring static, positional-static and active static stretching.

JG Fitness Stretch Class Types:

Static stretching

Static stretching involves taking a joint through its range to a point where the soft tissue is comfortably stretched and then holding the position for a period of time.

Positional-static stretching

The body is positioned in such a way that the mass of the limb or the body is acted on by gravity to elicit the elongating stretch of the target muscle.

Active-static stretching

In active static stretching the client activates an isometric contraction (where force is exerted but muscle length does not change) at the full inner position of the joint – promoting the static stretch, at extension, of the antagonist muscle or group.
