Jamar Griffith

J.G Fitness is the brainchild of Jamar Griffith; an experienced and Certified Fitness Trainer (ISSA).
Jamar has also been a Professional Cricketer for over 10 years playing for Maple & Bristol Cricket Clubs in Barbados.
Having extended his boundaries to play cricket for Harthill & Atherton in the UK, he was selected for Barbados A and Vice Chancellor X1 team vs Zimbabwe 20/20.
Alongside the development of JG Fitness, Jamar has travelled across the globe, most recently to Dubai, to deliver intensive one-on-one to top professional sports persons such as Carlos Brathwaite and more recently here in Barbados with Fidel Edwards.
His Personal Training not only puts you in the driving seat with him as your personal co-pilot, his understanding and drive create fast results.

Danielle Moore

Yoga Instructor
I teach Hatha yoga which focuses on linking our breath to our movement. It is a gentle practice which generally leaves you feeling relaxed, rejuvenated and stretched.
As someone who always did some form of extracurricular activity, it is interesting that I never ventured to yoga earlier in life. What’s even more interesting is that I merely happened upon yoga in 2015 as a means to attain greater flexibility.
My passion for yoga developed rapidly and took a swing in another direction. In May 2016, I decided I should learn more about teaching yoga “the right way” and went on to complete my Level 1 Yoga Teacher Training through YogaFit Training Systems. Fast Forward a few short months to August 2017 when I gained my certification as a 200hr Yoga Teacher from Marianne Wells Yoga School.
It was at this time that DemiYoga Fitness was born as they say. My main objective now is to bring yoga awareness to the Barbadian community i.e. health, mental and physical benefits of yoga.

Dwayne Benn

Personal Trainer
Dwayne Benn is certified personal trainer who graduated from the International Sports Science Association (ISSA) and is passionate about helping persons to reach their health and fitness goals.
As well as being a member of the Barbados Defence Force, Dwayne has been delivering professional and results-focused PT sessions to clients for many years at gyms or on the beach while building the client confidence and self-esteem.
Dwayne is committed to helping you meet your goals and will work out with you along the way to push pass your fitness barriers.

To our valued clients, here at J.G Fitness we are taking the pandemic very seriously and keeping our staff and clients safe as the utmost priority. We are closely monitoring the Covid-19 pandemic and changing our protocols accordingly. In order to do so, we are constantly referring to the guidelines set out by the Ministry of Health and Wellness.

We are currently operating our gym with bookings only and restricted numbers. Please remember to wear your mask, wash your hands and sanitize regularly. Also make sure to walk with your gym towel.
