J.G Fitness is the brainchild of Jamar Griffith; an experienced and Certified Fitness Trainer (ISSA).
He has also been a Professional Cricketer for over 10 years playing for Maple & Bristol Cricket Clubs in Barbados.
Having extended his boundaries to play cricket for Harthill & Atherton in the UK, he was selected for Barbados A and Vice Chancellor X1 team vs Zimbabwe 20/20.
His Personal Training not only puts you in the driving seat with him as your personal co-pilot, his understanding and drive create fast results.
To our valued clients, here at J.G Fitness we are taking the pandemic very seriously and keeping our staff and clients safe as the utmost priority.
