J.G Fitness is the brainchild of Jamar Griffith; an experienced and Certified Fitness Trainer (ISSA).

He has also been a Professional Cricketer for over 10 years playing for Maple & Bristol Cricket Clubs in Barbados.

Having extended his boundaries to play cricket for Harthill & Atherton in the UK, he was selected for Barbados A and Vice Chancellor X1 team vs Zimbabwe 20/20.

His Personal Training not only puts you in the driving seat with him as your personal co-pilot, his understanding and drive create fast results.

BUMS, TUMS & STRETCH

Our 45-minute class features static, positional-static and active static stretching. Guaranteed to leave your mind relaxed and improving your overall muscle fitness.

TRAMPOLINE FITNESS

Our trampoline workout is body-weight based and does not require any other equipment. Our cardio and strength exercises keep the heart rate elevated and the muscles firing.

HIIT WORKOUT

Our HIIT session builds strength and fitness through diverse interval training such as lifting weights, use of TRX straps, plyometric drills and other routines.

Utilise your workout time by taking advantage of the wide range of equipment our gym has to offer.

YOGA

Our one-hour Hatha yoga class focuses on linking your breath to your movement. It is a gentle practice that will leave you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.

Personal training offers you the advantage of having a one on one fitness exercise program and consultation with your trainer.

To our valued clients, here at J.G Fitness we are taking the pandemic very seriously and keeping our staff and clients safe as the utmost priority. We are closely monitoring the Covid-19 pandemic and changing our protocols accordingly.
